Should you decide to cancel your order after payment, you can do so without any additional fees by opting for a voucher for the full amount of your order. Please note: We will not issue a refund to your original payment method but will provide you with a voucher to use for future purchases.
Important: You can only use the gift code once. Even if you do not redeem the full amount, the remaining balance will be lost.
If you wish to cancel your paid order and receive a refund to your original payment method, please note that a 15% processing fee will be deducted due to our payment provider's processing costs.
After your items are delivered, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, please note the following:
Payment for your billing cycle (monthly or weekly) is due upfront. We do not offer refunds for any partially started period.
However, if you return your items before the end of your paid period, we will automatically apply a credit balance to your account. This credit balance will be applied automatically the next time you place an order with us.
